Kellen Lambeau joined St. Olaf College as the Director of Health Services in February 2024. Kellen earned a BA in political science and writing from Augsburg College and a BS in nursing from the College of Saint Scholastica. She worked as an ICU nurse at Mayo Clinic before earning a DNP degree from the University of Minnesota. She completed a nurse practitioner residency at Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. Kellen practiced for 10 years as a primary care provider for patients of all ages in Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic. Kellen has led a large group of primary care clinicians, taught students, and directed research studies. She has a particular interest in health promotion among young adults and helping students feel well so that they can do well. Her interests outside of the clinic include spending time with her family, exploring parks, geocaching, playing games, cooking recipes from old cookbooks, and reading.
