Dawna Hendricks joined the Kierkegaard Library in April 2024. In addition to managing the library's collections, providing reference/research support, and coordinating the library's programming and communications, she serves as the student staff supervisor, staff advisor to The Reed, and managaing editor of the International Journal of Kierkegaard Research

Dawna holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Philosophy, both from the University of Arkansas, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Library and Information Sciences (MLIS) from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She has extensive experience teaching philosophy, including courses in Existentialism. When she isn’t working or studying, Dawna enjoys playing flute and regularly performs with multiple regional ensembles, including the Cannon Valley Regional Orchestra in Northfield.
