In order to guarantee a seat, everyone riding the bus must make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Anyone who has not purchased an advance ticket may not be allowed on the bus.
Tickets are available online at www.stolaftickets.com and at the Information Desk in Buntrock Commons. Tickets are $15 each way or $30 round-trip for Airport Only Shuttles. Riders must show a ticket and a valid student I.D to board the bus.
Schedules can be found here.
- Tickets for the busses are not transferable.
- Students should not allow anyone else to ride on their ticket. Violators of this policy will forfeit their bus privileges and may be referred to the Dean of Students Office.
- There are no refunds for tickets. Students may exchange their purchased individual ticket for another day at the Buntrock Info Desk prior to the date on that ticket.
- To insure that there is adequate room for all riders, there is a limit of one bag/suitcase and one carry-on per person.
- It is the rider’s responsibility to be at the bus stop promptly. It is recommended that riders be at the stops 15 minutes prior to scheduled departures.
- Riders making airline reservations should reserve their air ticket at least 60 minutes later than the scheduled bus stop at the airport.
Due to weather conditions, traffic and/or road construction, it is not always possible for the bus to be exactly on time. Riders should be alert and flexible in the event of such conditions. Individuals missing a scheduled bus assume responsibility for their transportation needs, including all payments.
St. Olaf does not guarantee the operation of the busses, nor do they take the responsibility for missed busses. Riders assume all overnight and travel expenses if an Airport Only Shuttle bus is canceled due to weather. Check this website for last-minute bus notices.
The bus program is provided as a service to students by St. Olaf College.
