Attention Parents of Graduating Students
Each spring, a number of faculty and staff have children that graduate from high school and college. Children age 19 and older, who are covered on the college's Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plan, will lose coverage at the end of the month that they cease to be full time students. Please let the Human Resources Office know if you have a child who will be in this situation. We are required by law to notify these students of their right to have an individual policy on the St. Olaf plan under the Cobra provisions. We are also available to assist you in learning about other options for coverage.
Delta Dental
Delta Dental of Minnesota is pleased to bring you our June Smile Discoveries.
Several recent surveys have asked men and women questions about their oral health hygiene habits and it appears the men may lag behind the women surveyed concerning oral health. It is vital to establish a pattern of good oral health practices to maintain and improve not only oral health but also overall health and well-being. The attached tip has information on men’s oral health. Click here for tip information.
