The Academic Support Center's Mission:
The ASC works with students, faculty, and staff to assist students who strive to become stronger independent and collaborative learners.
The Academic Support Center (ASC) helps students develop independent learning techniques that will contribute to their academic and personal growth at St. Olaf.
The Academic Support Center employs both professional staff and student staff to assist students with study strategies, time management, analytical reading, note-taking, writing, math, test-taking, and problem solving.
The ASC also provides services for students with disabilities. If you are a student with a disability and you would like to discuss possible academic accommodations, resources, and support, please make an appointment with one of the Student Accessibility Services Specialists by calling 507-786-3288. You can read more about Student Accessibility Services by visiting the SAS Webpage.
During the academic year our professional staff are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment.
