Students, faculty and staff can exercise on campus many ways.
The campus outdoor facilities include twelve tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, two nine-hole Frisbee golf courses, beautiful running and skiing trails, a 400 meter track and several large playing fields.
Skoglund Center houses a gym with three basketball and volleyball courts, two racquetball courts, a swimming pool, field house with five indoor tennis courts, two basketball courts and an indoor running track.
Tostrud Center provides an elevated running track, cardio fitness room, weight room, climbing and bouldering wall, 200 meter track, fieldhouse with four courts for volleyball, basketball and tennis.
Tom Porter Hall has an additional weight room with a few pieces of cardio equipment.
Tostrud and Skoglund are open from 6:30 a.m. until 10:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday, until 8:45p.m. on Friday, 9:00a.m to 8:45p.m. on Saturdays and Noon to 10:45p.m. on Sundays and provide both scheduled and unscheduled opportunities for exercise.
Please be aware that February and March are our busiest times and open recreation space is very limited.
