An aerobics class for varying levels of intensity and coordination in a low-pressure, come-when-you-can kind of setting. Emphasis on healthy movement and widening ranges of motion without pain.

YOGA with Katie Milbrett
Relax the body, calm the mind and relieve all stress and tension. This yoga class is beneficial for beginners and experienced students alike. Traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques will loosen stiff muscles and joints, increase flexibility, and enhance all internal systems of the body. All are welcome!
