To raise funds and awareness for global health concerns. To better understand sustainability in global health measures and the full emphasis of what "health" entails; To show that improving global health means more than improving access to medications, but also the building up of infrastructure in communities, having clean water/sanitation, peace, extermination of poverty, education, prevention programs, and treatment all combined.
