Thursday, September 3, Noon-Tuesday, September 8, 2:00 p.m.: 

  1. NO DROP-ADDS PROCESSED

Tuesday, September 8, 2:00-5:00 p.m.:

  1. NO signature required to add an OPEN course or to make a change in the grading option.
    1. BUT—check S/U policy!
  2. NO signature required to DROP any course.
  3. Instructor’s signature required to add a CLOSED course.  For first-year students:  Advisor’s signature also required.

Beginning Wednesday, September 9, public hours:

  1. Instructor’s signature required to ADD and to DROP any course.
  2. Advisor’s signature also required for any change by first-year students.
  3. NO instructor’s signature required to make a change in the grading option. 
    1. BUT—check S/U policy!

DROP-ADD SLIPS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE REGISTRAR’S WINDOW.
NO CHANGE IS OFFICIAL UNTIL IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED BY THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE IN PERSON AT THE REGISTRAR’S WINDOW. 
NO CHANGES ACCEPTED VIA U.S. OR CAMPUS MAIL OR VIA E-MAIL DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR UNLESS YOU ARE ON A ST. OLAF OFF-CAMPUS PROGRAM.
