Enrollment Verifications/Proof of Full-Time Enrollment

You can now access enrollment verification/certification or proof of full-time enrollment for your health insurance, scholarship, or another purpose. Log onto the SIS, then go to the Personal link under the Student menu. Choose Enrollment Certificate in the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the page. When the National Student Clearinghouse page comes up, click on the “Obtain an Enrollment Certificate” link.

The National Student Clearinghouse is a repository for enrollment information for most colleges and universities in the USA. The Clearinghouse partners with colleges to make this free service available to students 24/7. You no longer need to stop by or call the Registrar’s Office to obtain this information. The printed report from the Clearinghouse should be sufficient to document your enrollment status to third parties.
