Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
EADA is an annual report that colleges must file with the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education concerning intercollegiate athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams. The Department uses the data to report to Congress on gender equity in intercollegiate athletics.
