About Institutional Research & Evaluation

Institutional Research and Evaluation (IR&E) includes two major areas of responsibility: Institutional Research, and Evaluation and Assessment. The principal activities associated with each area are as follows: 

Institutional Research   Evaluation and Assessment
  • Conducting regular surveys of students, faculty, staff, and alumni

  • Preparing and submitting college data to external agencies

  • Providing internal data and reports to committees and managers

  • Guiding college data procedures

  • Maintaining an informative website
 

  • Leading the College’s program of assessment

  • Assisting with course evaluations

  • Guiding student evaluations of teaching for faculty reviews

  • Supporting academic program reviews

  • Assisting with grant project evaluation planning
