To request audio/visual support for any event in Boe Memorial Chapel, please complete the following form.

Your request will be submitted to the appropriate personnel, and you will be contact to clarify any necessary details and confirm the availability and cost of your request.

This form must be received a MINIMUM of two weeks prior to your event in order to guarantee our services.

(NOTE: Requests for the streaming of events are subject to approval of the Director of Broadcast Media. Sponsoring organizations are responsible for acquiring permission from artists and lecturers to record and stream their presentations. Release forms are available upon request.)

Please describe your audio needs (number of microphones, soloists, instrumentalists, CD playback, etc). Our team will review your requests and suggest any appropriate changes, based on available equipment and our experience working in the space.
