Each year, St. Olaf students are fortunate to receive endowed scholarship assistance. To reinforce the importance of showing gratitude and thanks, we ask each student that receives an endowed scholarship to write a note of thanks to their donors at our Greetings & Gratitude event. We give students an opportunity to not only show thanks, but to share about their lives and how they have benefited from the scholarship. The donors are able to read, first hand, how their gifts directly impact the lives of their student recipients. For many of our donors, this personal note of thanks from a student is the very reason they give to the college, and they look forward to hearing from them each year.

Students pick from an array of cards that the Stewardship office creates from
award winning photos taken by St. Olaf students.
