St. Olaf plates are available for passenger class vehicles owned or jointly owned or leased by the applicant.

Applicants do not need to be graduates.

The cost of collegiate plates includes a $25 minimum annual gift to St. Olaf (you may increase the amount if you wish) on top of your normal license renewal fees.

Plates are available by application through the Minnesota State Department of Public Safety.

Though plate numbers are normally assigned, vanity plates may be available. Contact the DVS for availability.
